A few things Teri would like you to know about her:

I began my career in real estate in 1999 doing real estate marketing and photography. Later I began investing and selling properties after going through training at Investors United School of Real Estate. I’ve always had a love of houses so I got certified in Home Staging and Redesign, and also became a Certified Organizational Specialist (Professional Organizer).

After years of buying and selling my own homes as an investor, and helping people get their homes ready to sell, I knew becoming a REALTOR was the next step.
Having a diverse background in the different aspects of real estate helps make your home search go more smoothly and successfully. As a Professional Organizer and Home Stager, I know just what it takes to get your home ready to sell. This can help you not only save time and money but statistics have shown that it can help your home sell quicker and for more!
I’m also a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES). I worked as a nurse for 20 years specializing in seniors, and I can tell you that seniors have needs, wants, and expectations that are unique and special to them. As a daughter that was in the sandwich generation having young children and a sick mother, having to deal with packing stuff, making decisions, selling homes, all on my own, it can be a significantly stressful time if you don’t have the right support. Having this certification is very near and dear to my heart, not only from a nurses standpoint, a professional organizer standpoint, but as a REALTOR and Senior Real Estate Specialist.
Being a part of the Dream Home Team of Exit Preferred Realty means I’m a part of the highest caliber real estate professionals in the industry. The resources and support are extraordinary and the dedication to our success is beyond stellar, which in turns means the highest quality service to you.
Helping you find a home to fit your lifestyle is so important and I’m truly honored to be a part of this process with you.
