It’s my pride and pleasure to point the spotlight of this series to our very own Nicole Kougl!
Nicole Kougl is the Vice President of the Dream Home Team at EXIT Preferred Realty and the Compliance Director for our firm. Nicole is a Graduate of the Realtor Institute, has earned the Maryland Realtors Housing Opportunity Certification, and is an Accredited Buyer Representative.
From day to day, Nicole spends her time mentoring her fellows as a senior agent/sponsor, works diligently on our firm’s operations, focuses on business development and market relations, and STILL remains devoted to her clients. Few people master the skill of balance; I think we can all learn from Nicole!

I’m Nicole Kougl, REALTOR with The Dream Home Team at Exit Preferred Realty in Bel Air Maryland. My license includes the entire state of Maryland while specializing in all of Harford County, as well as Baltimore County, Baltimore City, and Cecil County.
I spend my time helping buyers and renters find a home within their specific criteria, as well as educating sellers and landlords on the value of their home while assisting them with pricing their homes to sell or rent quickly.
My team and myself pride ourselves on our communication, availability, and work ethic. My goal is to make you feel at ease in the transaction and have complete confidence in the fact that I am representing you.
I have been assisting people in the buying and selling of homes since 2015. When you work with me, my whole team works hard to ensure that you get exactly what you are looking for. We are committed to our clients and constantly educating ourselves to help you with your real estate needs. Our office is equipped with all of the latest technology as well as access to the Multiple Listing Service to give you the most up-to-date information.
