A little about me...

My name is Bill Standiford, Associate Broker and Manager at EXIT Preferred Realty. Licensed since 1991, I specialize in residential re-sale and especially enjoy assisting sellers who have had unsuccessful selling experiences. I primarily work in Cecil County, but I’ve also helped clients in Harford County and Kent County, MD, as well as New Castle County and Kent County, DE. A lifelong resident of Cecil County, I serve the following towns: Elkton, Chesapeake City, Earleville, Cecilton, North East, Charlestown, Perryville, Port Deposit, Rising Sun, and areas of Harford County.
