A little about me...
Hello! I’m Kristina Beckerman, Realtor at EXIT Preferred Realty. As a real estate professional, I am dedicated to great service and making the process as smooth (and maybe even fun!) as possible. Buying or selling a home is a big deal, and I’m here to help my clients navigate it with confidence and clarity, and to represent you in a way that makes the process feel effortless, so you don’t have to stress about the details.
I grew up in the Pacific Northwest, spent time in Boston for college and a career in marketing, and eventually landed in Annapolis—where my husband and I thought we’d stay for just a few years. However, we quickly fell in love with the waterfront lifestyle, the small-town charm, and yes, even the Maryland pride. Nearly a decade later, we’ve made this place home, and I’d love to help you do the same!
Having lived in different parts of the country, I know that finding the place to call home isn’t just about square footage—it’s about how a place makes you feel. Moving, adapting, and truly getting to know different communities has given me a fresh perspective when helping clients find where they belong.
With much experience in customer service and years of volunteer work, I am all about communication, meeting people where they are, and making sure they feel heard and supported at every step. I keep things straightforward and work tirelessly to advocate for your goals, so you can focus on the fun stuff—envisioning your next chapter, finding the perfect home, or celebrating a successful sale.
I earned my B.S. in Marketing from Emerson College and an MBA from Suffolk University. My husband, Peter, and I are raising four boys—Cohen, Wes, Luke, and Bennett. When I’m not out and about for real estate, you can usually find me on the sidelines of lacrosse, basketball, baseball, or swim meets!
