A little about me...

I have lived in Cecil County for over 20 years, and have been a Maryland resident for most of my life. I lived in Texas for ten years, during which time I graduated from Texas Tech University with a degree in Construction Engineering Technology. I also attended law school at Texas Tech.

I am currently a civil engineer by trade, and am a licensed Professional Engineer in Maryland in addition to being a licensed Real Estate agent. I have an extreme passion for both professions, as they go hand-in-hand in several regards. My experience in civil engineering is in land development, both residential and commercial. This has given me increased knowledge in zoning codes, local and state development regulations, and in matters affecting land use. I have prepared many feasibility studies on properties, including site layout sketches which show clients the potential value of their land.

It is my good fortune to be able to work with buyers and sellers and to help them with their real estate needs. I feel my civil engineering experience brings a deep perspective into property transactions which can help buyers and sellers make better decisions throughout the real estate transaction.
