A little about me...

I have been a Delaware resident since 2000, but I truly fell in love with this beautiful State when I began vacationing here in the early 1980's. Delaware offers it all, from the gorgeous beaches of Rehoboth & Lewes to the country setting of Milford, the city living of Dover and quaint historic towns in between, such as Georgetown & Milton.

My experience handling Property Management & Rentals has given me insight for the various reasons someone may want to purchase property, whether it be for a vacation home, investment or year-round residence.
