But, from our first meeting, I knew Jessi had my best interests in mind. She thoroughly explained the whole home buying process and never hesitated to answer my questions/concerns, no matter how small or trivial. Being new to Harford County, I didn’t know much about the area. Jessi was very knowledgeable and helped me understand what kind of neighborhoods were in my price range and the pros and cons for each area. She was also very good at pointing out small clues in each house that pointed to larger problems we couldn’t see. This saved us from putting in offers on homes that we otherwise might have spent a fortune making repairs on. In the end, we ended up buying a house that was a little over our initial budget. Although it was a stretch, Jessi guaranteed that it was a good value but didn’t pressure us into buying it. We did end up purchasing that home and I don’t regret it at all. Jessi even got us a few thousand dollars off of the price of the home following the home inspection, even though we had initially agreed to but the home as-is. Jessi has a great team from her home inspector to the title company. However, I advise everyone to keep Jessi informed on how all the involved parties are performing. I made the mistake of waiting too long to tell Jessi that my mortgage lender was doing a terrible job and it was too late to switch lenders before closing. I know that if I had let her know sooner it would have been a seamless process to switch lenders and she would have supported my decision. Now that my home buying journey is over, I’m glad that I had Jessi as my real estate agent. She taught me a lot about the different areas around Harford and Baltimore counties, informed me of hidden problems in many homes we toured, and ultimately helped me buy a home that I can start my family in. I will always be grateful for the work Jessi has done for us and I highly recommend her for anyone looking to buy a home." Read Less
